Planned Rennovation

After some work and quite a bit of discussion about the goal, we agreed on changing the floorplan to this.

Some of the goals:

• Move the front door to a more neutral, center, location


• Provide a covered area, porch, from around the pool


• Increase the dining room to handle a large table and banquet for entertaining


• Re-use the salvaged cabinets to make a large bar top in the kitchen

This is the original floorplan for the house, it is approximately 2,800 sq. ft. with a working two car garage - an unusual find for Winter Park, FL.
