After you pull up the first video you'll see the
following control panel in your browser:

Right click anywhere in the control panel and
you'll get this menu:

Select the "Edit Preferences..." choice and
you'll get this dialog box:

At the bottom of the box be sure to select the
option for "Buffer entire clip..."

Now you can view these videos without a lot of
"stuttering".  They will take a while to load,
but most of them are worthe the wait!
