moon tower

moon tower; lomo; 2/22/2003;
in the 70s (?) Austin built moon towers around the city to keep everything well-lit (there's a strange weather pattern in Austin that clouds roll in at night blocking the moon and then dissipate in the morning)

70’s? Try 1895! Those towers are 111 years old.
