Waiting for the iphone…

This is (hopefully) the last picture you’l see from me and my Sidekick. 45 minutes after opening and two customers have been processed. It’s gonna be a long day for AT&T.

    From a comment in Engadget’s news about the iPhone activation servers being hammered/down:

    Hi, i’m a PC
    And I’m a mac
    “Hey Mac i thought you were going to call me today so we could have lunch”
    “Oh yeah sorry PC this new iPhone i got can’t be activated and my old wont work anymore either…”
    “Bummer Mac, Bummer.”

    Right now I sit at home repeatedly clicking on “iPhone” in my iTunes and getting error after error.

    finally got online and running around 12:55p…that’s nearly 7 hours…
