Take Your Kids To The Movies

Speaking of the year’s movies, there’s a good article over at NYT about taking your childern to R and PG-13 rated movies that also serves as a good year-end capper to the movie season. I don’t agree with his assertion about Juno, though. It is exactly our societal-negative views about teenage pregnancy that drive young girls into shame and unnecessary abortions. Sure it sucks to be a pregnant teenager, and should be avoided at all costs, but it should not be shameful.
