At first signs were foreboding this morning considering I had a visit to the doctor’s office combined with leaving my cellphone(/portable distracter) at home. Fortune smiled on me and left me perusing a Popular Mechanics where I saw a highlight of a wonderful new invention. Ok, not so much a new invention as a remarkable and remarkably simple improvement to an old invention.
