Falling stock prices and customer sat. ratings aren’t the only things impacting Dell. We also had our CIO courted away by our biggest competitor. I am certainly not going to miss the guy (especially since I think his replacement is top notch) but I wonder why Dell hasn’t sought a big public settlement with HP over it since (a) there is no question that he will be serving in a competitive position, and (2) Dell woouldn’t be the only one doing it.
