I am so disgusted at the number of awards that The Aviator is getting. It demonstrates how the Academy Awards is more about Hollywood than it is about the movie industry. Almost entirely shot in Hollywood using the incestuous cast and crew of Hollywood…they didn’t even really need us to see it to let themselves know that they made a great movie.

We stopped by McDonald’s with Becky’s friend Jessica for a few happy meals. Jess and I perused the case discussing whether we wanted the boy or girl version. Jess is a hoops fan and wanted one of the crazy basketball-headed toys wearing a jersey. Being a gadget man, I was eyeing the “That’s So Raven” toys but look at this case yourself and pick the worst possible thing you might end up receiving.
